The hotel is located in an ideal area, providing easy access to Old Town and local attractions. The staff was genuinely helpful, offering assistance at various points during our stay. However, the overall experience was marred by the lack of room cleaning during our stay and an unexpected mix-up that led to difficult situations. While the ambiance is inviting, it feels like improvements are needed to enhance guest experience.
